Quality Assurance on the IFMIS System in Malawi

AARC is supporting Government of Malawi (GoM) for the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning software: Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS) through a series of structured capacity building and quality assurance activities. Project objective is to build the capacity of government for successful reform management based on good practice and international experience in IFMIS’ implementation. AARC adopted a phased approach for this project, covering Capacity Building on functional coverage and implementation arrangements for IFMIS in Phase 1, Capacity Building to Manage Services on the Technical Design Solutions of IFMIS in Phase 2 and Capacity Building Services on Commissioning, Go-live (rollout) and Operational Acceptance Testing of the  IFMIS in Phase 3.
