Support to develop the Subnational Budget System Reform Strategy in Cambodia

Cambodia has embarked on an ambitious Public Finance Management Reform Programme (PFMRP) with an objective to strengthen public finance management systems in order, to implement Cambodia’s development agenda, reduce poverty and improve delivery of public services. The EU appointed AARC’s team to support the implementation of the PFM reform program through providing strategic guidance to the General Department of Subnational Administration and Finance to improve subnational budget system that covers elements of planning, budgeting and monitoring and evaluation.  Funded by the EU under the ACA programme.
