Director

Patrick is a Director of AARC Ltd. He holds an Honours Degree in Accountancy, the ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (ACCA Dip IFRS) and is a Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA Fellow). Trained as an accountant in the Department of Health in Dublin working on financial and budgetary issues. Patrick directs several large-scale EU, ADB and WB funded programmes globally for AARC specifically in the Accounting & Audit, PFM, Public Utilities and Environmental sectors
