Tiphaine holds a Master of Art on Political Sciences from the Political Studies institute of Lille, France. Tiphaine is an experienced European Union Frameworks Manager and has worked in the delivery of framework programs funded by the European Union under DG Devco for the last 10 years. Tiphaine works in the AARC Barcelona Office managing AARC contracted projects funded by the EU.
