Developing Sustainable Finance Ecosystem in Finland

The purpose of this assignment is to provide technical assistance to national stakeholders who were seeking themselves to contribute to institutional, administrative, and growth-sustaining structural reforms in Finland. This service contract provided technical assistance to the responsible authorities, primarily the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, and other beneficiary institutions and stakeholders, who were responsible themselves to increase financing for ecosystems that provide solutions to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Finland. The Finnish authorities were responsible to develop sustainable financing models in selected pilot ecosystems, to strengthen the capability of SMEs to manage their SDG impact, and to deploy and harmonise sustainable finance practices within the public sector financing organizations.
