Integrated hospital master plan in Estonia

The general objective of this service contract is to provide technical services to national stakeholders, who aim themselves aim to contribute to institutional, administrative, and growth-sustaining structural reforms in Estonia. Specifically, the technical assistance program provided technical services to the Ministry of Social Affairs of Estonia, who were responsible themselves, to provide a broad and comprehensive scope on a specialized health care delivery system, in-patient and out-patient, and its smooth integration with prevention, primary health care (PHC), rehabilitation and long-term and social care.
